Dr Margaret Chan, Director General of WHO being presented with the Second Edition of the EquiFrame Manual.  EquiFrame has been developed to assess and where necessary guide the revision of health and welfare policies to ensure that the human rights of vulnerable and marginalised groups are well addressed.  The first edition was produced by the Centre for Global Health, Trinity College Dublin and Ahfad University for Women, Sudan.  The Second Edition, in French and English, has been revised and translated with the invaluable expertise of Handicap International, with whom we are delighted to jointly publish this edition.
