The Centre for Global Health recently hosted a planning meeting for a global research programme building on the impetus generated by the launch of the Guidelines for Community Based Rehabilitation and the World Report of Disability, which was launched last week.

Dr Diarmuid McClean of Irish Aid was presented by Alana Officer, the World Report on Disability, which cites research from the Centre for Global Health. He was also presented with The EquiFrame Manual, also published last week, which was developed by the EquitAble Consortium, is lead by the Centre for Global Health. The project was recently featured in the European Commission’s brochure highlighting leading projects on international cooperation funded by the FP7 programme.
